Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems seeks a Sr. Manager of Program Management to join the Lanteris PMO in Palo Alto, CA.

You will lead or assist all aspects of assigned satellite programs, serving as the single point accountability for large proposal efforts and program performance through completion. Responsibilities cover directing program activities, managing technical baselines, and coordinating with business development, suppliers, and subsystems to balance risks and opportunities while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master’s degree considered two years of experience.
• Minimum 10 years of program management experience on large-scale engineering/manufacturing programs.
• Ability to obtain security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 10–15%).
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control program activities from pre-award to completion to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with Business Development for commercial and government pursuits.
• Manage technical baseline and contractual requirements to satisfy obligations.
• Lead a matrixed team and provide timely program information to executives.
• Conduct reviews, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to meet goals.
