Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required; a Master’s degree can count as two years of experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with business acumen are essential.
• Experience managing large-scale engineering/manufacturing programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control program activities from pre-award to program completion.
• Partner with Business Development to support commercial and government pursuits and define technical baselines.
• Manage technical baselines and contractual requirements to meet obligations.
• Serve as primary customer focal point and maintain professionalism and ethics.
