Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems is seeking a Sr. Accounting Manager to lead technical accounting, financial reporting, and SOX program oversight in a fast-paced environment. Based in Palo Alto, CA or fully remote with CST-friendly options, this role demands strong U.S.

GAAP expertise and hands-on leadership of a growing accounting team. The ideal candidate has public company experience, CPA, and advanced SAP knowledge, with demonstrated ability to produce memos, support audits, and drive close processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public company experience and Big 4 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and prepare technical accounting memos for complex transactions.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.
• Lead month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis.
• Support and maintain SOX compliance and internal control framework.
