Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial excellence for a dynamic Client Account within Real Estate Management Services. You will partner with leadership, deliver planning, analysis, and reporting, and help shape operational strategies.

The role blends finance and real estate expertise in a global real estate leader. You will develop forecasts, produce variance analyses, and support automation and best-in-class reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in financial analysis, planning and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts (annual plans, monthly/quarterly updates).
• Generate monthly/quarterly reports with variance analysis (Budget vs Actual).
• Build financial models and present findings to stakeholders.
• Lead cost-savings initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design reporting strategies and dashboards.
• Deliver ad-hoc reports and KPI dashboards for management and clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
