Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Chicago to partner with Heartland Region Leasing Advisory. You will lead monthly P&L reviews, build robust financial models, and drive forecasting and planning efforts across the region.

You will work with senior leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights, manage AR/AP processes, and contribute to process improvements. This role requires 4–5 years of financial analysis and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4-5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Proven ability to partner with sales and senior leaders.
• Strong ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Excel and MS Office proficiency for modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly regional P&L review meetings with leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis across revenue, expenses and headcount.
• Support annual planning and rolling forecast processes with robust models.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and broker commissions.
• Improve processes through automation while ensuring data integrity.
