Job summary
JLL is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team, offering remote work with CST/EST alignment. You will translate data into strategic insights, support forecasts, and contribute to the company’s financial planning in the commercial real estate sector.
You will develop budgets, perform analyses, build models, and present results to executives, partnering with business leaders to drive performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex formulas and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems (ERP) and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range plans.
- Perform variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial insights.
- Drive process improvements to increase reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to FP&A best practices.
