Job summary

JLL is seeking a Finance Manager (M1) to lead a small team delivering accurate financial reporting across multiple properties. You will drive budgets, forecasts, reconciliations and client-facing analyses to support strategic decision-making.

The role combines hands-on accounting with advisory finance, requiring strong Excel, ERP and real estate system experience. Remote work is supported with a focus on client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with 5+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and pivot tables.
• Experience with real estate software like Yardi or MRI; familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a client-focused environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client service.
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams amid changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for assigned properties with timely delivery.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting with collaboration from property management teams.
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis to improve accuracy.
• Support AP/AR processes including tenant billing and collections.
• Coordinate with staff to record revenues, expenses and capital expenditures.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with month-end/year-end closing.
• Provide analytics and ad-hoc reports for senior management and clients.
