Ladders is seeking a Sr Advisor Recruiting Specialist to join a finance-focused leader as a remote US-based team member. You will attract and engage experienced financial advisors and advisor teams to fuel growth, building qualified pipelines and shaping a data-informed recruiting approach.

You will partner with leadership and marketing to deliver a smooth candidate experience, strong vetting, and measurable recruiting results while managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in corporate or recruiting agency roles focused on financial services.
• Proven success in sourcing and building candidate pipelines across channels.
• Experience with AI tools in recruitment and modern ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified financial advisors and teams.
