For our client, we are seeking a Sr Advisor Recruiting Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on attracting and engaging experienced financial advisors and advisor teams for a growing wealth management organization. You will build qualified pipelines, develop trusted relationships with prospective candidates, and help shape a recruitment approach that supports business growth in a competitive market. The position partners closely with leadership and marketing to deliver a smooth candidate experience, strong vetting, and data-informed recruiting results.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified financial advisors and teams
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including networking and digital platforms
• Develop strong relationships with prospective advisors to understand their needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in corporate or recruiting agency settings focused on financial services
• Proven success in sourcing and pipeline development across various channels
• Understanding of employment laws related to recruitment
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, with Workday experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools in recruitment processes
