Savvy Wealth is reinventing wealth management with an AI-native platform and a world-class support team. We are hiring a Senior Strategic Growth Associate, Advisor Recruiting to lead outbound sourcing of high-potential financial advisors and manage an efficient recruitment process.

You will partner with the Advisor Growth team and leverage CRM tools to build a high-quality pipeline. You will operate from our NYC office, collaborating with a high-energy startup team, and help scale our advisor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in financial services or revenue-generating roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and nurture financial advisors and wealth managers with transferable books of business.
• Prospect via digital channels and phone outreach; qualify leads and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with Advisor Growth team to refine target profiles and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Stay updated on industry trends and assist recruiting strategy initiatives.
