Qualifications

• 7+ years in advisor recruiting or related wealth management roles.
• Strong network within wealth management and advisor communities.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities and build relationships with advisors and business owners.
• Executive presence with credibility among experienced advisors.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of advisor economics and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor recruiting strategy and pipeline for new advisor opportunities.
• Develop relationships with successful advisors, teams, and owners seeking growth.
• Manage full cycle from initial contact to commitment, coordinating leadership and due diligence.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to boost visibility within the advisor community.
• Build CRM discipline, forecasting, and reporting to support growth.
