Ladders is seeking a Lead Recruiter | Executive to join our team and own executive-level recruiting across Director-level and above roles. This remote US-based position partners with senior leaders, shaping search strategies and delivering top leadership talent in a competitive market.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, building leadership pipelines, and creating effective assessment approaches. Strong market insight, judgment, and discretion are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex senior-level searches.
• Ability to advise and influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated fluency in unfamiliar functions.
• High level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong closing skills with senior candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Director-level and above roles.
• Develop fluency in supported functions to identify exceptional leaders.
• Build proactive pipelines through market research and targeted sourcing.
• Create assessment approaches to evaluate leadership effectiveness.
• Navigate competing priorities while maintaining high talent standards.
• Exercise discretion in managing sensitive searches.
