Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Field Marketing Manager to partner with Enterprise Sales and drive ABM, demand generation, and events across priority accounts in the US. You will lead data-driven programs, collaborate with product and digital marketing, and manage budgets to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional leadership, and experience with CRM/marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Marketo. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in field marketing, demand generation, ABM, or related disciplines.
• Proven success partnering with enterprise sales to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing ABM strategies and account engagement programs.
• Strong background managing customer events, executive engagement programs, hospitality experiences, conferences, and field marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and multiple vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with frontline sellers, sales leadership, and executive audiences.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce/Marketo).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic marketing partner to Enterprise Sales to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Lead ABM strategies and programs for priority accounts using data-driven insights.
• Plan and execute customer, prospect, and executive engagement programs.
• Drive integrated demand generation and sales activation to create opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign teams to align Go-To-Market initiatives.
• Provide insights to sales leadership using market intelligence and performance analytics.
• Measure program effectiveness via pipeline impact, engagement, ROI, and analytics.
• Manage field marketing budgets, agencies, and vendor relationships, including AI-enabled tools.
