Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Field Marketing Manager to drive ABM, demand generation, and field marketing programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue. You will partner with Enterprise Sales and cross-functional teams to run customer engagements, executive briefings, and strategic events while optimizing marketing investments and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of progressive field marketing, demand generation, ABM, or related experience.
• Proven success partnering with enterprise sales to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Experience developing and executing ABM strategies and account engagement programs.
• Strong background managing customer events, executive engagement programs, hospitality experiences, conferences, and field marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic marketing partner to Enterprise Sales; develop account and territory plans to drive pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
• Lead ABM strategies and programs for priority accounts using data-driven insights.
• Plan and execute customer, prospect, and executive engagement programs including executive briefings and industry events.
• Drive integrated demand generation and sales activation to create opportunities and accelerate pipeline.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign teams to align go-to-market initiatives.
