Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Field Marketing Manager to partner with Enterprise Sales and lead ABM, events, and demand generation programs that accelerate pipeline, strengthen customer relations, and drive revenue growth. You will coordinate with corporate marketing, product marketing, and external vendors to deliver measurable marketing programs across priority accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required or demonstrated-equivalent.
• 8+ years in field marketing, demand generation, ABM, sales enablement, events, or related.
• Proven success partnering with enterprise sales to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Experience in ABM strategies and account engagement programs.
• Strong track record managing customer events, executive engagement, hospitality experiences, conferences, and field marketing initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical skills to measure marketing effectiveness, campaign performance, ROI.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with frontline sellers, sales leadership, and executives.
• CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms familiarity (Salesforce/Marketo).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Travel up to 30%.
