Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Field Marketing Manager to partner with Enterprise Sales and drive integrated ABM programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. You will lead customer and prospect events, executive engagements, and demand generation initiatives designed for priority accounts across the buyer journey.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned go-to-market programs, leverage data-driven insights, and optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in field marketing, demand generation or ABM related roles.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue through ABM and events.
• Experience partnering with enterprise sales and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans to accelerate pipeline.
• Lead ABM initiatives and customer/prospect events for executive engagement.
• Drive demand gen and sales activation aligned to business priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Campaign teams.
• Provide insights from market data to improve account penetration and growth.
• Measure program effectiveness and deliver executive reporting.
• Manage field marketing budgets and vendor relationships, including AI tools.
