Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in field marketing, demand generation, ABM, sales enablement, events, or related roles.
• Proven ability to partner with enterprise sales to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Experience developing ABM strategies and account engagement programs.
• Strong background in leading customer events, executive engagements, hospitality, conferences.
• Capable of cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent analytical skills to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Experience managing sizable marketing budgets and multiple vendors.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic marketing partner to Enterprise Sales, driving pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
• Lead ABM strategies and programs for priority accounts using data-driven insights.
• Plan and execute customer, prospect, and executive engagement programs.
• Drive integrated demand generation and sales activation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign teams.
• Provide strategic insights by leveraging market intelligence and performance analytics.
• Measure program effectiveness and deliver executive reporting.
• Manage field marketing budgets, agency/vendor relationships, and AI-enabled tools.
