Lumen is a trusted network provider enabling AI-ready connectivity across cloud, edge, and enterprise workloads. The Senior Lead Field Marketing Manager will partner with Enterprise Sales to design and execute ABM-driven field marketing plans that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue.

You will lead customer and prospect programs, collaborate with product and digital marketing teams, and optimize ROI across budgets while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve engagement and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in field marketing, demand generation, ABM, or related disciplines.
• Proven success partnering with enterprise sales to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Experience developing and executing ABM strategies and account engagement programs.

Aufgaben

• Serve as strategic marketing partner to Enterprise Sales, driving pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
• Lead ABM strategies and programs for priority accounts using data-driven insights.
• Plan and execute customer, prospect, and executive engagement programs and events.
• Drive integrated demand generation and sales activation initiatives to create opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Campaign teams for aligned GTM initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights to sales leadership using market intelligence and performance analytics.
• Measure program effectiveness through pipeline impact, engagement, ROI, and reporting.
• Manage field marketing budgets, agencies and vendor relationships, including AI-enabled tools.
