Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an ECH Field Engineer to implement and support complex ECH solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. You will lead configuration, testing, and handover activities for production deployments with travel across the US and internationally.

The role requires strong cloud, virtualization, and networking skills, plus the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting. Remote-friendly with extensive field travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience deploying/integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure) are a plus.
• Experience with SIP, VOIP, AD, and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS.
• Performs site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between on-premise and cloud environments.
• Documents changes and API integrations during deployment.
• Supports customers and partners during production deployment.
• Ensures timely resolution of installation/quality issues.
