Brink’s is seeking a Business Development Specialist – Financial Institutions to drive orders and revenue in a remote setup focused on banks and credit unions. You will partner with North American sales teams to craft differentiated ATM managed services and close multi-stakeholder deals.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales with a proven quota track record, plus experience selling to financial institutions. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales success with a track record of new business and meeting quotas.
• Experience selling into banks, credit unions or other financial institutions; payments/ATM services experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Exceptional prospecting, cold-calling, and territory management skills.
• Ability to translate complex solutions into clear ROI for executives.
• Competitive, self-motivated and goal-driven with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver assigned orders and revenue quotas with clear accountability.
• Work with North American sales leaders to build winning solutions and drive opportunities from discovery to close.
• Support complex, high-value pursuits including strategy, value articulation, and deal structuring.
• Engage directly with customers as a subject-matter expert in ATM managed services.
• Identify whitespace, expansion paths, and cross-sell potential within accounts.
