Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in critical facilities operations and management in labs, cleanrooms, or semiconductor environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of critical MEP systems including UPS, generators, HVAC, and life-safety systems.
• Vendor management experience with on-site performance and contracts.
• Strong change management, MOPs/SOPs, and risk mitigation experience.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventative and corrective maintenance by equipment vendors on critical lab systems.
• Develop and approve Methods of Procedures for work on critical systems to minimize risk.
• Manage change management for planned maintenance with scheduling and communication.
