Job summary

Role supports remote work within 50 miles of a Catalent site, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The anticipated salary range is $110,000–$130,000 plus bonus, and Catalent emphasizes strong employer branding and pipeline development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leaders and executive hiring managers to define staffing strategies and align on compensation and role requirements.
- Manage full lifecycle of executive requisitions—from approval through close—maintaining transparency and momentum.
- Source and engage active candidates through databases, postings, and referrals; cultivate passive talent via networking and market mapping.
- Coach senior executives on market insights, talent trends, and compensation; build confidential executive searches end to end.
