Job summary

Informa is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to guide the strategic delivery of event technology solutions across multiple projects in the US. You will oversee platform configuration, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal teams to align technical readiness with milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in platform administration, technical delivery, or system development.
• Strong API integrations understanding and hands-on event tech platform experience.
• Proficient in Agile/SCRUM and project management principles.
• Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and prioritisation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of event tech solutions.
• Lead platform configuration, testing and integration across registration, exhibitor management, and attendee tools.
• Provide technical support for Salesforce and other platforms; ensure data integrity and optimized workflows.
• Own governance processes: user access, permissions, roles, and standardised procedures.
• Manage QA/UAT processes for all deliverables and oversee integration documentation and communication.
• Facilitate stakeholder and vendor communication to align expectations and ownership.
