Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior Estimator to lead estimating efforts on complex projects. This fully remote role supports national and international operations, requiring extensive pre-bid and bid management, risk assessment, and strong coordination with design teams.

The candidate should have a track record in construction estimating, P&ID/PFD familiarity, and experience across multiple markets. Excellent planning, communication, and BIM/CAD familiarity are needed to drive profitable bids.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of estimating on construction projects required.
• Minimum of 5 years estimating data center projects required.
• 3 years experience working on design of data centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete quantity take-offs.
• Interpret project documents for estimates and bids.
• Manage multiple projects and meet stated goals.
• Value engineer solutions to meet client budgets.
• Identify qualified subcontractors and maintain bid lists.
• Coordinate with design team and client on preconstruction.
• Track costs through project lifecycle.
• Produce clarifications and bid assumptions for Owner submission.
