Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a senior Estimator to lead all estimating efforts for the most complex projects in the Mission Critical market.

Remote-based with travel to project sites for meetings as needed, this role requires a thorough understanding of conceptual estimates, budgets, value engineering and subcontractor relations. The position calls for 10+ years in construction and a degree in Engineering/Construction Management, with strong communication and team leadership.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management with at least 5 years in estimating.
• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure estimating process runs smoothly and efficiently; exceed client expectations.
• Build relationships to understand client, designer and subcontractor needs.
• Analyze drawings, specs, proposals to prepare time, cost and labor estimates.
• Facilitate collaboration among team members.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Participate in business development activities and interviews.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and apply unit pricing for materials and labor.
