Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Senior Estimator to oversee estimating activities across various projects. This is a fully remote position, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities include preparing estimates, managing projects, and collaborating with subcontractors to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of construction estimating experience, with a strong understanding of data center projects. Additionally, the role offers a competitive pay package, including a 401(k) match and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of estimating on construction projects required.
• Minimum of 5 years estimating data center projects required.
• 3 years experience working on design of data centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete quantity take-offs for assigned scopes.
• Interpret project documents to prepare clear and competitive estimates.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure quality services meet project requirements.
