Job summary

Corevia Search is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a growing data center construction firm. This fully remote role targets detail-oriented professionals who can build competitive bids from $500k to $10M and work closely with project teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include evaluating drawings and specs, performing quantity takeoffs, pricing labor and materials, and organizing subcontractor bids.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating commercial and/or residential GC projects.
• Experience estimating projects in the $500K-$10M range.
• Strong understanding of general contracting and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes.
• Strong experience with quantity takeoffs, subcontractor pricing, and bid leveling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids for projects ranging from $500K to $10M
• Review construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and develop material and labor pricing
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and vendor proposals
• Identify scope gaps, risks, exclusions, and potential cost savings
• Develop detailed estimates from conceptual design through final bid
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
