Job summary
Carrington Mortgage Services, a member of The Carrington Companies, invites experienced professionals to join as Sr. Escrow Oversight Specialist. Requires 3–4 years in mortgage/escrow and proficiency with servicing systems.
Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a team-focused environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred but not required.
- Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
- 3-4 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and manage deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee loans with active mortgage insurance and reconcile monthly premiums.
- Reconcile, process, and bulk transfer monthly payments for FHA/PMI/USDA.
- Monitor escrow stops on loans pending refinance and communicate with vendors.
- Generate data points and assist management with monthly business reviews.
- Escalate complex escrow issues and propose solutions.
