Job summary

Networking Technologies and Support, Inc. seeks an Senior ERP Applications Analyst to lead analysis, design, implementation, and support of ERP resources across HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain.

This role reports to the ERP Workstream Manager and acts as a subject matter expert providing solutions and insights to complex issues. The candidate will develop configurations, reports, and training, collaborate with project teams, and ensure data integrity while coordinating bi-annual ERP releases and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology ERP systems.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and independently determine objectives and solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of the assigned workstream.
• Experience with process improvement and project implementation.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; ability to manage bias and model inclusive behaviors.
• Preferred knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and/or Supply Chain Management in healthcare environments.
• Experience with Workday implementation methodology and Workday training.

Responsibilities

• Develop configuration, process design, report development, testing, and end-user training for the ERP platform.
• Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams.
• Understand key business processes and recommend technology solutions.
• Perform data reconciliations and audits to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
• Build ERP reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Lead system testing and support upgrades and releases.
