Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in employment law, risk management or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for Employment Practices claims.
• Investigate claims through various means of communication.
• Present claims trends to Claims and Legal Leadership.
• Analyze information to evaluate claims exposure to the organization.
• Negotiate and resolve claims in collaboration with defense counsel.
• Provide required reports on significant exposure cases.
• Report on all cases going to trial and attend as needed.
• Ensure timely updates to appropriate Reinsurer(s).
