Job summary

PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to be the technical face of PagerDuty across the US. You will bridge Sales, Product and Engineering, advising CTOs and CIOs on AI-first digital operations and enterprise transformation.

You will evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, mentor high-performing technical sales teams, and help shape the product roadmap with executive stakeholders. A deep SaaS/DevOps background and Fortune 500 experience are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS, DevOps, or cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Act as peer/advisor to CTOs/CIOs, driving digital transformations and operationalizing PagerDuty in US organizations.
