Job summary

BlackCloak is seeking a Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager to own a portfolio of large enterprise clients, building trusted relationships with executives and security leaders. You will oversee retention, onboarding, and adoption, using data and AI-driven workflows to demonstrate program value.

You will mentor ERMs, shape team playbooks, and partner with Sales to expand coverage while maintaining strong executive-level communications and a proactive risk approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer success or account management for enterprise clients.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and privacy concepts.
• Executive presence and ability to lead business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to forecast risk and show clients the value of the program.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to automate workflows.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Planhat, Gainsight, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and build trusted executive relationships.
• Own retention and adoption metrics including NRR, logo retention, enrollment, onboarding, and utilization.
• Lead onboarding for complex accounts in collaboration with Sales.
• Monitor account health and step in early to recover at-risk accounts.
• Build executive relationships so accounts stay engaged through leadership changes.
• Use data/analytics to present clear business reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine work and generate client-ready content.
• Coordinate trainings and work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify opportunities to expand program coverage and collaborate on strategy.
• Mentor ERMs and help shape team playbooks and processes.
