Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of IT program/project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation to delivery, on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and maintain program plans with timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk management.
• Collaborate with business partners and senior leadership to drive successful delivery of key initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, communicate progress, risks, and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Promote program management practices, manage budgets, and continuously improve project execution and discipline.
