Coupa Software Incorporated is seeking a senior product manager for a fully remote role within the US. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build dashboards to track adoption and health, and translate customer feedback into clear requirements.

You will act as an SME for escalations and work with Support, Services, and Engineering to drive resolution. The role requires strong communication skills and a track record of turning escalations into durable product improvements, with experience

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS/fintech/payments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous requirements to delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards/Reporting tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design and requirements across complex cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, UX, Platform, and Success teams.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for internal teams to monitor product adoption and customer health.
• Act as SME for customer escalations, diagnosing issues with Support, Services, and Engineering.
• Translate feedback into clear product requirements and prioritization.
• Perform competitive market analysis to assess positioning domestically and internationally.
• Support enablement (webinars, documentation, training) for teams to operate more independently.
• Represent the product in customer-facing settings, advisory boards, and adoption reviews.
