Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering leader.
• End-to-end release planning, post-deployment support, and scalable program delivery.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud-based projects.
• Strong understanding of software delivery and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical & Product Ops Initiatives: drive project and release planning, product operations, and cloud initiatives.
• Ensure End-to-End Delivery: oversee all phases from design to post-launch support.
• Scale Ops & PMO Practices: implement scalable frameworks, tooling, automation, and best practices.
• Foster Agile Maturity & Team Coaching: assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward higher performance.
• Manage Risk & Stakeholder Communication: elevate delivery risks and drive cross-functional alignment.
