Job summary

Recast is seeking a senior, hands-on GTM marketer to own outbound and field marketing programs targeting enterprise buyers. You will design, execute, and optimize events, dinners, conferences, and account-based outreach, collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and leadership to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

You will work remotely, collaborate with leadership, and travel as needed to run high-impact programs. A track record in high-ACV SaaS and credibility with senior buyers is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM for high-ACV B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success running outbound programs with measurable pipeline impact.
• Proven experience planning and executing enterprise dinners, conferences, and events.
• Strong writing and communication skills, able to engage senior buyers and align marketing to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound and account activation programs targeting enterprise buyers.
• Plan, recruit attendees, and execute dinners and events; manage follow-up and nurture.
• Develop enterprise customer proof and case studies in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.
