DeleteMe is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale experience for high-value enterprise customers. You will serve as a trusted privacy advisor, guiding adoption and risk reduction across complex organizations while coordinating with Product, Sales, Support, Marketing, Security, and Legal.

You will manage a book of strategic accounts, drive renewals, expansions, and executive sponsorship, and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to ensure customer success and long-term

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior customer success or account management role for SaaS enterprise accounts.
• Experience owning renewals, churn mitigation, and net revenue retention targets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and long-term retention.
• Lead executive business reviews and provide risk-reduction outcomes with clear value metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Legal to drive expansion and renewals.
