Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a clear picture of each account's organization, goals, and priorities and develop multi-year account plans.
• Cultivate C-suite and VP relationships and run Business Reviews that show impact, not just features.
• Identify expansion opportunities and bring them with a solid business case to the AE.
• Maintain renewal forecast and flag risk early with mitigation plans.
• Mentor fellow CSMs and contribute to playbooks and tools for repeatable execution.
