Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a clear picture of each account's organization, goals, and priorities and develop multi-year account plans.
• Cultivate C-suite and VP relationships and run Business Reviews that tell a story about impact.
• Map our portfolio against each customer's agenda to identify whitespace opportunities and next steps.
• Use adoption data to diagnose what's working and design interventions addressing root causes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and maintain a renewal forecast with a mitigation plan.
• Mentor fellow CSMs and contribute to team playbooks and tools.
