Job summary

Workiva, Inc. seeks a Senior Lead Customer Success Manager to own strategic enterprise relationships and advise customers on aligning Workiva to outcomes that matter. You will mentor fellow CSMs and contribute to CS practices across the team.

You will drive customer journeys, platform adoption, renewals, and expansions while maintaining executive-level partnerships and resolving risks with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain account plans linking priorities to Workiva capabilities.
• Cultivate C-suite relationships and run Business Reviews focused on impact.
• Identify expansion opportunities and present business cases to AEs.
• Maintain renewal forecast and flag risks with mitigation plans.
• Mentor CSMs and contribute to team playbooks and practices.
• Engage with executives to communicate risk, efficiency, and impact.
