Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to be a pivotal part of our customer-facing team. You will own the customer lifecycle, drive adoption, and maximize ROI in the Workiva Platform.

You will collaborate with Services, Support, Marketing, and Sales to onboard, train, and support customers throughout their journey. You will develop relationships across customer organizations, advocate for customers, and help ensure successful renewals while guiding customers toward milestones

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; advanced degree may be considered.
• 2 years of related experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management or Sales.
• Experience supporting a SaaS application preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex problems clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions.
• Ensure continuous ROI to your customers.
• Consult on best practices, workflows, and management business reviews.
• Develop multi‑purpose relationships throughout customer organizations.
• Identify risks within named accounts & take action to manage/elevate to resolution.
• Ensure customers work toward key milestones using Success Plans.
• Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams.
• Work with Sales to understand upcoming renewals.
• Teach customers how to use the Workiva Platform.
• Use customer management tools to track communication, issues, and metrics.
