Job summary

Tines Security Ltd. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for a remote role based in EST. You will drive strategic success planning across enterprise accounts, foster champions, and support onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal to maximize automation value.

You will partner with Sales, CS Engineers, and Product to tailor messaging, build success plans, and drive executive-level outcomes. A strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and risk mitigation is essential.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales roles.
• Experience with a SaaS offering for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT, or similar).
• Strong ability to ask questions to uncover problems and identify opportunities.
• Ability to translate technical requirements to internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Align with high-spend, strategic enterprise accounts to ensure value along the customer journey—from onboarding through renewal.
• Orchestrate onboarding with a Customer Success Engineer to deliver use cases on time and ensure customer readiness.
• Review dashboards, usage, and health metrics to assess customer status.
• Identify issues and provide automation-driven solutions.
• Lead onboarding reviews to plan automation roadmaps and expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build success plans and report outcomes to executives.
• Identify risks and work with CS leadership on mitigation plans.
• Develop renewal plans and communicate value to executives.
• Translate customer needs to Product teams and suggest feature enhancements.
