YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist for a remote contract role. You will design and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows, optimize automation using leading platforms, and architect cross-platform AI solutions across varied enterprise environments.

You will enable AI adoption, drive change management, and communicate business value through executive reports, case studies, and concrete productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflow automations in enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to deploy AI-driven workflow integrations across large organizations.
• Strong expertise in AI workflow design and enterprise knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.
• Develop and optimize workflow automation leveraging platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
• Architect cross-platform AI solutions ensuring portability and interoperability across enterprise environments.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process platforms.
• Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, guiding change management and best practices for stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and data-driven methods.
• Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports.
