YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist for a remote contract engagement. You will design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI workflows that boost productivity across large organizations.

You will leverage leading AI platforms, architect cross-platform solutions, and integrate AI with knowledge management and collaboration tools to enable enterprise adoption. Experience with AI-powered workflow automations is highly valued.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise environments with generative AI tools to boost productivity.
Proven track record deploying AI-powered workflow automations and integrations at scale.
Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business process optimization, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.
Develop and optimize workflow automation leveraging leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
Architect cross-platform AI solutions ensuring portability and interoperability across enterprise environments.
Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process platforms.
Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, guiding change management and best practices for stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and data-driven insights.
Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports.
