YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to design and deliver AI-driven workflows that boost enterprise productivity. The role focuses on cross-platform integration, knowledge management, and change management to enable broad AI adoption across large organizations.

Remote engagement with enterprise stakeholders requires strong systems thinking and proven success deploying AI-powered automations.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise environments with generative AI tools.
Experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflow automations.
Strong expertise in AI workflow design and enterprise knowledge management.
Familiar with ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex and similar platforms.
Ability to drive AI adoption within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.
Develop and optimize workflow automation leveraging leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
Architect cross-platform AI solutions, ensuring workflow portability and interoperability across varied enterprise environments.
Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process platforms.
Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, providing guidance on change management and best practices for enterprise stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and a data-driven approach.
Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports to communicate AI workflow outcomes and business value.
