Job summary

Responsibilities include architecting cross-platform AI solutions, integrating with knowledge management and collaboration platforms, and guiding change management to enable AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments with generative AI tools.
• Proven track record deploying AI-powered workflow automations and integrations at scale.
• Expertise in AI workflow design and enterprise knowledge management.
• Familiarity with leading AI productivity platforms and enterprise connectors.
• Ability to drive AI adoption within cross-functional teams.
• Experience in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent systems thinking with actionable insights aligning to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.
• Develop and optimize workflow automation leveraging leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
• Architect cross-platform AI solutions, ensuring workflow portability and interoperability across varied enterprise environments.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process platforms.
• Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, providing guidance on change management and best practices for enterprise stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and a data-driven approach.
• Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports to communicate AI workflow outcomes and business value.
