Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist for a remote contract role. You will design and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that boost productivity and fit into large-scale environments.

You will architect cross-platform AI solutions, integrate with knowledge management and BPM platforms, and drive AI adoption through change management and stakeholder engagement. Strong systems thinking and experience with generative AI tools are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise environments.
Experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity.
Proven track record deploying AI-powered workflow automations.

Responsibilities

Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.
Develop and optimize workflow automation leveraging leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
Architect cross-platform AI solutions, ensuring workflow portability and interoperability across varied enterprise environments.
Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process platforms.
Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, providing guidance on change management and best practices for enterprise stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and a data-driven approach.
Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports to communicate AI workflow outcomes and business value.
