YO AI Labs seeks a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows from a remote location. You will craft scalable automation across major platforms, ensuring interoperability and real-world business impact.

You will lead adoption initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver clear documentation and executive-ready reports on outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments with generative AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflow automations and integrations across large organizations.
• Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business process optimization, and enterprise knowledge management systems.
• Familiarity with leading AI productivity platforms (ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex) and enterprise connectors.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.
• Develop and optimize workflow automation leveraging leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
• Architect cross-platform AI solutions for workflow portability and interoperability across varied enterprise environments.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process platforms.
• Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, providing guidance on change management and best practices for enterprise stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and a data-driven approach.
• Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports.
