Overstory is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own the Canadian market end‑to‑end, starting from an existing book that includes some of Canada’s largest electric utilities.

This full‑cycle role focuses on growing the business with Canadian power and utility accounts, prospecting into new utilities, engaging senior leaders, running consultative deals, demos, and closing agreements that can reach seven figures. Travel is required as part of industry engagement and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software sales to Canadian customers.
• Proven track record landing and expanding complex multi‑stakeholder accounts.
• Startup/VC‑backed experience preferred.
• Willing to travel regularly.
• Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who seeks feedback.
• Experience with a structured sales process and qualification framework.
• Nice to have experience selling to utilities with long sales cycles.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify, manage relationships and own full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Close deals with Canadian accounts that create value for client and Overstory.
• Attend industry events and travel across Canada to meet prospects.
• Maintain accurate deal data, next steps, probabilities, and communications in the CRM.
• Perform product demonstrations and build business cases for prospects and qualified leads.
• Work with a strong team of sales, leadership, marketing, solutions, and delivery.
