Job summary

Corcentric is seeking a Senior Enrollment Specialist to enroll supplier companies into our payments program. The role emphasizes phone-based outreach, data analysis in Excel, and diligent handling of sensitive payment information.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and drive process improvements while supporting training initiatives and risk controls in a remote-friendly, hybrid-work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a service-focused approach to suppliers and stakeholders.
• Experience resolving complex issues, documenting decisions, and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel for data import, lookups, PivotTables and data cleaning.
• Experience with CRM, payment, case-management, or web-based applications.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and perform AML/transaction monitoring duties.

Responsibilities

• Spend significant time on the phone calling suppliers to support profile activation.
• Convince companies to join the Corcentric payment network.
• Handle supplier enrollments from research to payment-method setup and documentation.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate resolution with leadership or other departments.
• Review supplier data for quality and prepare operational reports.
